Due to the problems of oil transportation by trucks through the Stockholm city it has been decided that the port of Loudden, which is the biggest oil terminal in the region, has to close down by 2011. As a result multiple questions from different stakeholders arouse.



The objective of this case study is to look at methods that can be used to gather different stakeholder groups to discuss their situations and try to come up with acceptable solutions. This is done actively by collecting information through interviews, arranging seminaries, workshops and hearings, as well as by using scenario techniques.
