Projectstructure

The project is devided into five thematic workpackages. Its execution follows by means of six milestones from the start until the end of the project (1st July 2004 - 30th June 2007).

Milestone 2: January - June 2005

• Reports published on project web
• First guidelines for methods and strategies

Milestone 3: July - December 2005

• Conflict resolution in CZM in the Baltic Sea Region
• Report on sustainability culture
• Training sessions
• Information events in Klaipeda, Ventspils, Haapsalu and Stockholm

Milestone 4: January - June 2006

• Workshop on results of case studies
• Web-based course with the focus on conflict resolution in the Baltic Sea Region
• Development of a discussion club
• Draft of the Handbook

Milestone 5: July - December 2006

• Building of a network for activities after coastman
• Guideline for conflict resolution
• Joint report on case studies, methods, results and experiences
• Pilot course for staff members
• Publishing of the Handbook, translated to languages of project partners
• Creation of the "Pool of excellence"
